SABRINA GHAYOUR
THE FRENCH LAUNDERETTE SUPPER CLUB
2ND OCTOBER 2011
On Sunday 2nd October 2011, The Chancery was the setting for The French Launderette Supper Club — Sabrina Ghayour's special one-off event inspired by Thomas Keller’s London pop-up at Harrods.
The menu drew inspiration, in parts, from some of Keller’s most famous signature dishes, while ingredients, time and expertise were generously donated via Twitter and other foodie friends.
All making for a wonderfully enjoyable evening in aid of a great cause, more than £3,000 was raised for Action Against Hunger.
